With (native) Windows XP Professional or Windows Server 2003 commands:

    DRIVERQUERY /V /FO CSV > %ComputerName%.csv

Or, for remote computers:

    DRIVERQUERY /S remote_PC /V /FO CSV > remote_PC.csv
