Creating a Network Logon Banner

If you want to create a Network Logon Banner:

Start Regedit
Go To HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
Create a new String called LegalNoticeCaption
Enter the text for your banner
